1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to PLTO.IN, a premium SaaS URL shortener and Link-in-Bio ecosystem developed by Plantosphere Private Limited. By accessing, registering an account, or utilizing any of the APIs, web interfaces, or edge routing services provided by PLTO.IN, you implicitly and explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease all use of our platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User" or "Creator") and Plantosphere Private Limited.

2. Description of Service

PLTO.IN provides digital infrastructure services that include, but are not limited to, ultra-fast URL shortening via edge networks, custom alias generation, Link-in-Bio public profile hosting (`/p/[username]`), QR code generation, and aggregated traffic analytics. The platform is designed as a foundational layer for creators, publishers, and enterprises, and is deeply integrated with the broader Plantosphere ecosystem (including future integrations with Eynni AI and Litora).

3. Acceptable Use and Zero-Tolerance Policy

We maintain a strict, zero-tolerance policy against the abuse of our global edge network. You agree that you will NOT use PLTO.IN to shorten links or redirect traffic to destinations that contain or promote:

  • Malware & Phishing: Any site designed to steal credentials, distribute ransomware, or execute unauthorized code.
  • Illegal Content: Content that violates federal, state, or international laws, including copyright infringement (DMCA), CSAM, or illegal marketplaces.
  • Spam & Scams: Unsolicited commercial emails (UCE), fraudulent financial schemes, or misleading sweepstakes.
  • Hate Speech: Content that promotes violence or incites hatred against protected classes.

Our automated Cloudflare-backed threat intelligence scanners actively monitor destination URLs. If your links are flagged, your account will be permanently banned without warning, and all associated links will be nullified immediately.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access the Dashboard and advanced features, you must register for an account using Firebase Authentication (via Google OAuth or standard credentials). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. PLTO.IN will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account. Any activity occurring under your account is deemed your legal responsibility.

5. SaaS Subscriptions and Billing

PLTO.IN operates on a freemium SaaS model. The Free tier includes a generous allocation of monthly link clicks and standard analytics. Premium features, such as custom domains, advanced historical analytics, API access limits, and premium profile themes, require a paid subscription. All subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to modify our pricing structure with a 30-day notice to active subscribers.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All source code, UI/UX designs, logos, and infrastructure configurations comprising PLTO.IN are the exclusive intellectual property of Plantosphere Private Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our edge workers or analytics engines.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

WHILE WE STRIVE FOR 99.99% UPTIME USING CLOUDFLARE INFRASTRUCTURE, PLTO.IN IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. PLANTOSPHERE PRIVATE LIMITED EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE FROM SOPHISTICATED CYBER ATTACKS.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL PLANTOSPHERE PRIVATE LIMITED, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS; OR (III) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICE.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of PLTO.IN shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
